Courses

As a very experienced cookery school tutor Steph  can offer private courses to groups of minimum 4 , maximum 6 people courses. You can also book onto courses  with me at Seasoned Cookery School and Hartington's School of Food

My Courses

Are held at the clients venue or in hired professional kitchens. Larger groups are held at venues I use around the country.

Courses include:

Essential Bread Making- This course covers the fundamental skills  needed to produce beautiful home made bread. You will make a White or Wholemeal Seeded Tin Loaf, A Focaccia and a Fabulous Sticky Ring Of Chelsea Buns.

Essential Gluten Free Baking- This course covers general skills needed to create a range of Gluten-free Baked Goods. Learn how to blend your own flours as well as off the shelf blends to produce light and fluffy Bread, Short Crust Pastry, Scones or Biscuits. This course is useful for people setting up coffee shops or deli’s wishing to expand their food offerings.

Courses start from £45 per person, I can also offer Hen Party Bake Courses.

Seasoned Cookery School- Burton On Trent, Derbyshire

Steph teaches a range of courses at Seasoned, these include Gluten Free Baking, General Enriched Dough Bread Making and Team Building Bake Days. Please contact them directly for information and booking.

Her GF courses are running in Feb and April 2017 as well as an Enriched Dough Bread Making Class in March 2017.

Hartington's School of Food- Bakewell, Derbyshire

Steph teaches weekend Artisan Bread Making and Team Building Bake Days at Hartington's in the Peak Districts beautiful town of Bakewell .

Stephs next course is in April 2017 and May 2017
